The case:
Mr H was stationary in his vehicle at a roundabout. He was hit from behind by a coach, pushing him into the path of the roundabout. The 3rd party admitted full liability for the accident.
Our client suffered from whiplash injuries to his neck and left shoulder which took a period of 8 months to recover from along with a ringing sound in his ears.
He was referred to an ENT surgeon for an MRI and further treatment. Two years post the incident our client has been left with permanent slight tinnitus, and was awarded £10,000 in compensation.
