Over £16,000 Obtained for Client Struck by Pallet Truck at Work

Our client was working as a maintenance operative in a factory, helping a colleague to fix a door in the loading bay, when he was struck by a pallet truck. This caused the client to fall backwards, landing on his back with his right leg stuck under the truck. The client suffered swelling and pain to his right wrist along with back pain, discomfort and headaches.
