TRUE Solicitors Promotes Operations Manager Caroline Houghton as Partner

TRUE Solicitors LLP is delighted to announce that Operations Manager Caroline Houghton has been appointed as a Partner. Caroline is the 12th partner in the consumer law firm which specialises in personal injury, medical negligence, financial mis-selling and conveyancing.
TRUE has grown to be one of the UK’s largest personal injury firms since it was established in 1995, with 200 staff across its three offices in Newcastle, Leeds and Birmingham.
TRUE Solicitors is frequently recognised by its peers for its expertise and was recently shortlisted for PI/Clinical Negligence team of the year, and Law Firm of the Year (6+ partners) at the Northern Law Awards 2019.
Caroline began her career with the firm in 2002 as a case handler in its Road Traffic Accident department. In 2015 she set up True’s dedicated RTA Portal team to deal efficiently with volume low value road traffic accident claims. Caroline continues to oversee the team alongside her role as Operations Manager, with responsibility for developing and implementing processes in all areas of the firm, both established and new.
Caroline is also a key member of the Business Development team and has worked hard over the years to bring in several major accounts to the firm. She is the key contact for a number of the firm’s commercial partners, including medical agencies, engineers and work sources.
