Electric bike accident

The case:
Our client, whilst riding an electric bike wearing reflective protective equipment and exiting a roundabout, was hit by a car pulling onto the roundabout.
The impact on the back wheel of the bike knocked our client to the ground buckling the rear wheel of the bike and damaging the frame.
She suffered from a minor hand injury to het left hand and fingers, soft tissue damage and bruising to her right shoulder which required 6 months of physio, soft tissue damage, bruising and swelling to her left knee and thigh and pain in her right elbow.
