The case:
Our client was sitting in his vehicle in stationary traffic. A 3rd party collided into the rear of a 2nd vehicle which then shunted forward into the rear of our client’s vehicle causing damage.
The repairs took just over 6 weeks’ during which time the client utilised a hire vehicle.
