Client slips in local supermarket

The case:
Whilst taking a shopping trip to a local well-known supermarket with her brother, our client slipped and fell on a wet floor in the milk aisle.
The spillage not visible to the eye or clearly marked by appropriate signage, was suspected to be water from the fridge containing the milk.
She suffered soft tissue injuries to her lower back, left knee and shoulder for which she underwent numerous x-rays and scans which also identified degenerative disease in her back and shoulder the symptoms of which were accelerated by the fall. She also suffered from pain and swelling to the left side of her head.
