Andrew heads both the Serious Injury department, dealing with claims for injuries of the utmost severity, and the Employer’s Liability/Occupiers Liability department, dealing with accidents both in the workplace and elsewhere.
He leads a large team of very able lawyers, who use their expertise to succeed in difficult cases which other, less specialist, firms are unwilling to take on. At any given point, the Serious Injury team represents hundreds of clients across England and Wales who have suffered life changing, often catastrophic injuries.
Andrew also oversees True’s branding and marketing activities and works closely with the firm’s head of Marketing to attract new clients through various channels.
