Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and joined True Solicitors in 2001. He leads a team handling personal injury claims on behalf of claimants, particularly those injured in road accidents. He has acted for clients in a wide range of cases, including difficult liability cases and complex high value claims. Paul, a keen cyclist himself, also has a particular interest in representing and supporting victims of cycle accidents.
Paul has also been involved lobbying the Government on behalf of injured claimants in relation to the personal injury reforms and has written extensively on this subject.
Furthermore, Paul is head of our Financial Mis-selling department, specialising in the mis-selling of solar panels and SIPP pensions.
