Alix is a legal director and head of the Clinical Negligence Department overseeing the day to day running of the department, supervising staff, assessing prospects on claims, and managing the development of the team. She also runs a caseload of complex clinical negligence claims. She was named in the Legal 500 2024 as a key name within the firm.
Alix qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and has worked in personal injury and clinical negligence since. Alix has a degree in Law from the University of Luton and completed her post graduate diploma Legal Practice Course at the University of Westminster before completing her training locally in the northeast. She also has a master’s degree in medical law from the University of Northumbria.
Alix is helpful and approachable and invests time in her clients to ensure they are guided through their claim in what is often a stressful and uncertain time for them. Alix is also a member of the Women Lawyers Division Northeast.
